Y-Knotless™ Flex

All-Suture Anchor

Shuttle with Ease. Fixate with Confidence.

Y-Knotless™ Flex All-Suture Anchor
Y-Knotless™ Flex is a next generation, knotless all- suture anchor designed to preserve bone with a 1.8 mm pilot hole while maximizing fixation strength. Built on the trusted 360° FormFit™ radial expansion platform and paired with Hi-Fi® suture, it supports controlled, low-force shuttling, intuitive suture management, and dependable subcortical fixation for streamlined labral repairs.

Why Y-Knotless™ Flex

Y Knotless Black Green Engaged

Seamless performance. Smarter shuttling.

Competitive knotless anchors can require excessive shuttling force, increasing frustration, and potentially compromising consistency. Y-Knotless™ Flex is designed with an innovative locking mechanism and tapered repair suture to reduce shuttling force and support predictable tensioning.

Mechanically tested at 46% less shuttling force vs the leading competitor1.

Y Knotless Tips

Small footprint.
Big strength.

A 1.8 mm pilot hole helps minimize bone removal while 360° FormFit™ radial expansion creates spherical subcortical fixation with characteristics similar to traditional solid body anchors—while maintaining an all-suture footprint.

Higher pullout strength and lower cyclic displacement vs the leading competitor are documented in internal mechanical testing*.

Y Knotless Color Coded

Color-coded clarity. Better control.

Y-Knotless™ Flex uses a dual-color shuttling suture (blue loop / black pull) to provide unmistakable visual cues for which limb is which, plus high-contrast repair configurations (green/black or white/black) to enhance visualization – especially in multi-anchor repairs.

The striped-to-solid foldover indicator helps enable consistent foldover, even in a wet environment.

Designed for safety & reliability

Built on the proven Y-Knot® platform, Y-Knotless™ Flex includes a reinforced forked tip inserter designed to reduce risk of in-bone breakage during anchor placement.
