During tenodesis fixation, threaded interference screws can potentially cause tendon wrap around the anchor — or even damage the tendon. To avoid this, the unique dual-expanding features of TenoLok® provide an all-inside repair designed to minimize tendon disruption and tendon wrap.
Strong, Simple Technique
TenoLok® is designed to provide strong tendon-to-bone fixation by expanding to 7.5mm in the cortex and 10mm sub-cortically. Straightforward delivery and fixation combined with no whip-stitching creates a technique that eliminates steps and is easy to replicate.
