The CoLink® Afx system is a collection of anatomically designed type II anodized plates and screws to address traumatic fractures and osteotomies of the ankle. Associated 2.7mm and 3.5mm cortical screws are offered in Variable Angle Locking (VAL®), fixed locking, and non-locking configurations. Non-locking 4.0mm cancellous screws are also offered.

- 2 plate configurations (Straight and Hook), each in 2 sizes
- Intended for vertical and oblique fractures of the medial malleolus
- Proximal shaft holes accept 3.5mm and 4.0mm screw diameters
- Straight Plates feature a ~0.8mm ultra-low-profile distal tip edge and a distal cluster that accepts low-profile 2.7mm screw diameters to maximize fixation placement
- Hook Plates are compatible with 4.0mm CoLag® CS Screws for placement between plate tines
