General Mode
Delivers the full energy performance of our Dynamic Response Technology™, immediately detecting and automatically adjusting to changes in tissue impedance.

Specialty: General Surgery, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Urology

Lap Mode
Limits output voltages to < 2,700 volts in all MEP-1 Monopolar modalities. Lap mode is designed to enhance safety for patients and surgeons by reducing the risk of inadvertent burns from capacitive coupling.

Specialty: All Minimally Invasive Procedures, Robotic Surgery

Fluids Mode
Effectively “kick starts” the initiation of surgical energy by providing an immediate clinical effect in low impedance conditions. Typically used in procedures where fluid is present in the surgical site.

Pulse Coag Mode
Provides pulsing bursts of coagulation energy for more control of hemostasis at the operative site, resulting in visibly less tissue carbonization than standard coagulation at equivalent power settings.

Ideal for fine and precise coagulation, for procedures which require narrow margins and sensitive structures using specialized bipolar forceps.

Gentle Coag Mode
This delicate delivery of energy achieves deep desiccation while limiting tissue charring. Minimal carbonization enables minimal eschar sticking when making direct contact with tissue.
