AlloAid® DIP
Consisting of sterile cortical bone engineered for arthrodesis, AlloAid® DIP features osteoconductive scaffolding to aid bone growth in the distal interphalangeal joint at the tip of each finger. It is designed with positioning ramps at the joint line to help accurately position the implant and ensure a press-fit to reduce the change of subsidence. The cross-sectional shape and tapered design resist rotation, while tapered ends help with ease of insertion.
The allograft is terminally sterilized using validated a gamma irradiated process at SAL 10-6. AlloAid® DIP is accompanied by an instrument set.
