Knotenlose Nahtanker

Die vollständig aus PEEK gefertigten PopLok® knotenlosen Fadenanker ermöglichen die zuverlässige und reproduzierbare Fixierung der Sehne am Knochen. Das innovative Design des Ankers ermöglicht es dem Chirurgen, die Nahtspannung anzupassen, sobald der Anker in der Pilot-Bohrung sitzt, um maximale Flexibilität zu gewährleisten. Ein einzigartiger Naht-Verriegelungsmechanismus hält den Faden im Anker fest und sorgt für eine verlässliche Fixierung, die weniger von der Qualität des Knochens abhängt.

Das Anker-Design mit 3,5/4,5 mm verfügt über Flügel, die subkortikal entfaltet werden, um eine sichere Fixierung im Knochen zu erzielen. Die Anker mit 2,8/3,3 mm bieten Festigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit bei Instabilitätsreparaturen.
