The course covers all theoretical and practical details of operating techniques for reconstruction of the shoulder joint. For example, performing shoulder stabilization (Bankart/SLAP), arthroscopic rotator cuff suture and biceps tenodesis.

State-of the-art instruments are used; anchor and knot techniques are taught and thread management is practiced.

Experts communicate their own experience through in-depth lectures, training videos on technique and anatomy, as well as hands-on practice with cadaver and models.

Learning Objectives:

After attending the course, participants will observe how CONMED products are used in both Bankart and arthroscopic rotator cuff surgery.

Target Group:

The course is intended for surgeons with intermediate-advanced in shoulder arthroscopy.

By train - there is a direct line from Brussels International Airport to the main station Gent-Sint-Pieters which takes 43min. Tickets can be purchased online (https://www.belgiantrain.be/en) or at the airport.

By taxi - depends on traffic it can take 45-1h and a price is approximately 185 -225 EUR

By Uber - depends on traffic it can take 45-1h and a price is approximately 95 -175 EUR
