Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy

Perform with Low Pressure

Sleeve gastrectomy is a surgical weight-loss procedure in which the stomach is reduced to about 15% of its original size by surgical removal of a large portion of the stomach along the greater curvature. When performed minimally invasive, CONMED's AirSeal® system offers a stable pneumoperitoneum at low pressure, even in high BMI patients. Clinical data has shown reduced PACU stay, shorter procedure times, and reduced length of stay.1-4

AirSeal® iFS

An access management platform that can improve the surgical experience by offering constant smoke evacuation* and increasing visualization with stable pneumoperitoneum, thus reducing procedure times4

AirSeal® Access Ports

Providing valve-free, unimpeded access to abdominal cavity and intact specimen removal

AirSeal® Filtered Tubing Sets

3-in-1 AirSeal® modality options accommodate your most advanced procedures to your most basic techniques
