Tornillo interferencial

A nivel clínico, la familia de tornillos interferenciales BioScrew® son equivalentes a los tornillos interferenciales metálicos. Fabricado de poli (ácido l-láctico), el tornillo garantiza la fijación firme del injerto durante todo el proceso de cicatrización, se absorbe de forma gradual y finalmente desaparece.

Los tornillos interferenciales BioScrew® XtraLok® están diseñados para la fijación tibial de injertos de tejido blando en reconstrucción de la LCA y LCP. Una cara proximal en ángulo de 35 grados permite la colocación a ras con la corteza tibial anterior. El diámetro del extremo proximal se expande 1 mm para proporcionar fijación cortical adicional. El color violeta del tornillo proporciona mayor visibilidad durante la inserción.

Los tornillos interferenciales BioScrew estilo Guardsman®® están diseñados específicamente para fijación femoral. La cabeza redondeada empuja el injerto hacia el interior del túnel para una máxima fijación y protege al injerto en el lugar de inserción intraarticular. La punta cónica permite una inserción más fácil en el túnel.
