Hercules^®

Used as an alternative to rigid screw fixation, Hercules^® allows slight micromotion that mimics the patient’s biomechanics during the healing process.

This low-profile system is intended to provide fixation during the healing process following a syndesmotic trauma. This includes syndesmosis disruptions in connection with Weber B and C ankle fractures, joint reconstruction in the midfoot and forefoot, hallux valgus deformity correction, or as an adjunct in external and intramedullary fixation systems.

The system consists of proprietary BightForce^® suture tensioned between two titanium alloy buttons to complement plate fixation or to be used as a stand-alone device. The sterile single-use kit includes the assembly construct, cannulated drills, tensioning handles, wire guide, and guide wire.
