CoLink^® Afx

The CoLink^® Afx system is a collection of anatomically designed type II anodized plates and screws to address traumatic fractures and osteotomies of the ankle. Associated 2.7mm and 3.5mm cortical screws are offered in Variable Angle Locking (VAL^®), fixed locking, and non-locking configurations. Non-locking 4.0mm cancellous screws are also offered.

Five plate families are available:

• Lateral Fibula
  • 6 plate sizes
  • ~0.8mm ultra-low-profile distal tip edge
  • Bulleted proximal tip
  • Proximal twist in transverse plane to accommodate fibular anatomy
  • Proximal shaft holes accept 3.5mm and 4.0mm screw diameters
  • Distal cluster accepts low-profile 2.7mm screw diameters to maximize fixation placement
• Posterior Lateral Fibula
  • 3 plate sizes
  • ~0.8mm ultra-low-profile distal tip edge

• One-Third Tubular
  • 7 plate sizes
  • Grade 4 pure Titanium for ease of forming
  • Accept 3.5mm and 4.0mm screw diameters
• Medial Tibia
  • 2 plate sizes
  • Intended for vertical and oblique fractures of the medial malleolus
  • ~0.8mm ultra-low-profile distal tip edge
  • Proximal shaft holes accept 3.5mm and 4.0mm screw diameters
  • Distal cluster accepts low-profile 2.7mm screw diameters to maximize fixation placement
• Posterior Tibia
  • 2 plate sizes
  • 1.6mm low-profile plate thickness
