Improved Visualization

Invisible on X-ray, so you can see more of the bone

The CoLink® PCR1 Plates utilize a unique carbon fiber reinforced PEEK polymer - a next generation metal-free technology with long carbon fibers layered in alternating directions for enhanced properties that result in high fatigue strength. The orientation of the fibers is customized to enhance the performance of the plating system.

Since the plates are invisible on X-ray, with Barium sulfate added for slight visibility, experience radiolucent artifact-free imaging.

An Implant Material Engineered to Last

The CoLink® PCR Plate's increased fatigue strength means that the implant can withstand a higher repetitive load (more than 2.5x higher than its Titanium Alloy counterpart) at the same number of loading cycles (steps).2

Plate options include the CoLink® PCR 0° and 4° Narrow MTP Plates and the CoLink® PCR 2-6 Hole Universal Plates. CoLink® 3.0mm or 3.5mm locking or non-locking plate screws can be used. A reusable instrument set is available, as well as the CoLink® dense bone sterile disposable instrument set.

Designed for Better, Safer, Optimized Procedures

Earlier Callus Formation and Return to Function

A less stiff material produces greater callus formation3

Enhanced View of Healing Site

Radiolucency and artifact-free imaging provides more accurate assessment during healing4

Easier Revisions, When Necessary

Reduced tissue adhesion and bone ongrowth with no cold welding of screws enables easier hardware removal3
