よくある質問
The BioBrace® implant combines the biological healing potential of highly porous Type I collagen with the mechanical strength of PLLA microfilaments to support tendon healing. Engineered to protect repairs during the vulnerable healing phase, the BioBrace® implant promotes tissue growth, reduces stress on healing tissue, and supports the body's natural healing processes.
The BioBrace® Reinforced Bioinductive Implant can be used in over 70 different procedures in multiple joint spaces. In knee, BioBrace® can be used in procedures such as ACL, extra-articular, and MPFL reconstructions. In shoulder and elbow, BioBrace® aids rotator cuff, subscap, UCL and triceps procedures. For hip, BioBrace® has use cases for gluteus medius/maximus and hamstring. For foot and ankle, BioBrace® can be used in lateral or medial stabilization, Achilles tendon repair, and plantar plate repair.
The BioBrace® Reinforced Bioinductive Implant comes in three sizes: 23x30mm, 40x60mm, and 5x250mm. In addition, the BioBrace®RC Delivery System is available to streamline rotator cuff repair. The BioBrace® Extra-Articular Ligament Augmentation Kit is combined with Argo Knotless® GENESYS® anchors to streamline workflow. And, the Hercules® Knotless XE Kit combines these anchors with BioBrace® in a ready-to-go foot and ankle kit built for efficiency.
