LET Reconstruction

Surgical Technique

Lateral Extra-Articular Tenodesis can be performed for ACL deficient patients or for patients lacking anterolateral rotational stability1. The objective of an LET procedure is to limit tibial rotation relative to the femur by fixating the Iliotibial band or Semitendinosus tendon to the center of the lateral epicondyle. For anchoring of the tendon, CONMED’s TenoLok can be used to provide strong, tendon-in bone fixation within the lateral epicondyle.
