Allograft Tendons

without Bone Attachment
Recent clinical data suggests equivalence between Musculoskeletal Transplant Foundation (MTF Biologics) soft tissue allografts and autografts for ACL reconstruction,1,2 and demonstrates no difference in outcome between younger and older patients.3,4,5 This means that by choosing an MTF Biologics allograft, surgeons could get the same outcome without having to go through the additional time, trouble and invasiveness of harvesting a graft from their patient while eliminating donor site morbidity and secondary incision sites.
