Distal Biceps Repair - Surgical Technique

Distal biceps rupture, often a result of sudden extension of a flexed elbow, may result in pain and swelling for the patient along with weakened elbow flexion and forearm supination. Both single and two-incision distal biceps repair techniques have been shown to be effective at restoring elbow strength1,2, commonly performed using an interference device, suture anchor, or button.

What our customers have to say."The GraftMax button is my preferred technique for distal biceps tendon repair. The button provides excellent fixation strength while the curved reaming system allows me to place the tendon anatomically at its original insertion site."
