Spectrum® II
The newest addition to the comprehensive ConMed
Linvatec Sports Medicine product offering is
the Spectrum® II Tissue Repair System. This patented suture
passing system is the most versatile system on the market. The original
Spectrum system has proven to be the “gold standard” for
arthroscopic suture passing for many years. It has now been
redesigned to make it even more reliable and easier to use.
The twelve different hook configurations allow
precise suture placement in any arthroscopic shoulder procedure.
The newly designed 60° and 90° suture hooks
provide access to the shoulder joint that was once thought to be
unreachable. For those instability procedures where the inferior
quadrant is difficult to reach or where there is a massive rotator
cuff tear, these new hooks will make it even more accessible. The
larger roller wheel facilitates smoother passage of monofilament
suture sizes 2-0 to #1 and the ConMed Linvatec Shuttle Relay™ Suture Passer.
The ergonomic handle and simple to use locking mechanism
make it the easiest to use as well the most dependable.

Tissue Repair System
The Spectrum Tissue Repair System is designed for arthroscopic
or open suturing of shoulder and knee soft tissue.
- Features heavy-gauge suture hooks and the patented slip-resistant
roller system
- Interchangeable suture hooks allow precise suture placement in
otherwise hard-to-reach compartments. The 130mm
Suture Hooks are available in straight, 45 degree
left and right curves, 90 degree left and right
curves, left and right corkscrew, crescent suture
hooks in small, medium and large curve
