SERVICE PROGRAMS

  • Linvatec offers annual service agreements designed to assist in retaining optimum product performance and reliability.
  • Service agreements offer continued product coverage and address your need to control repair costs.
  • Service agreements cover repair costs, provide for loaner usage during repair time and cover freight charges out from Linvatec both on the loaner product and on the repaired product.
  • Pricing, terms and payments may vary depending on product age, condition of equipment and the individual needs of your facility.

Repair Return Policy

  1. All products must be cleaned and, if appropriate, sterilized prior to return to Linvatec for repair.

  2. An authorized Returned Goods (RG) number must be obtained prior to returning any product for repair.

  3. To return a product for repair, contact Linvatec Customer Service at 1-800-237-0169. Our Customer Service Department will guide you through the process for returning a product for repair and provide you with an estimated repair quote for non-warranty product repairs. The following information is needed to process a repair:

    • Catalog number
    • Serial/Lot number
    • Detailed description of the problem
    • Purchase Order number

  4. The RG number must be displayed on the outside of the box at all times and should be referred to when making an inquiry about the status of a repair.

  5. When it is required to return a product for repair be sure to package it in a protective carton. In-transit damage is not covered by the warranty; therefore, it is best to always insure shipments.

  6. All repaired products will be returned via second day delivery unless you request an alternative shipping method.

Loaner Support

  • Loaners are available for use during repair time on most capital products.
  • Loaners are sent by overnight delivery. To accommodate next day delivery, contact Linvatec Customer Service by 5:30p.m. EST.
  • To meet the loaner needs of all our customers, Linvatec requests that a loaner be returned within seven (7) days of receiving the repaired product.
