The ConMed Linvatec Advantage System is a full-function, electric powered system that uses multiple electric handpieces for a wide range of surgical applications including Arthroscopy, Large Bone Orthopedics, Small Bone Orthopedics, Orthopedic Trauma, Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery, Otolaryngology, Neurosurgery, and Spine Surgery. Because it is a complete, standardized and specialized all-in-one system, the Advantage System provides significant cost savings, simplified inventory management, and ease of use. Each of the system handpieces has been designed to meet the specific needs of each individual surgical specialty in which the handpiece is used. The complete Advantage System consists of 1 microprocessor-based console, more than 24 electric handpieces, and 2 footpedals.
