Sentinel^™ Drill Bits

Badger^® Drill Bits

• Tapered head is suited for an endoscopic ACL technique whereby the femoral tunnel is reamed from inside-out while minimizing the risk of injury to the PCL. Drill bit shaft is etched with 15-120mm depth marks for easy identification of tunnel depth.
• 9" length facilitates open femoral tunnel preparation and in-line tunnel reaming for endosteal fixation procedures.
• Head profile permits easy withdrawal from bone tunnels.

C-Reamer™ Drill Bits

• End-cutting head design produces accurate sizing of bone tunnels for ACL and PCL reconstruction procedures.
• Sharp cutting edges minimize heat-related bone necrosis. Cannulated reamer shaft is etched with 15-70mm depth marks for easy identification of tunnel depth.
• Tapered trailing edges aid in removal from the joint.

GraFix^® Coring Reamers

• The ConMed Linvatec GraFix^® Coring Reamer System uses a unique centering bushing to allow reaming of a tibial tunnel for cruciate reconstruction while harvesting a core of bone. The harvested core of bone can be used to fill defect sites, combined to create a composite BTB graft, fill in space in the tibial tunnel, and fill in large tunnels in cruciate revision surgery.
• Depth markings provide external visual depth of reamer on the tibia (10-50mm)
• The unique packaging that includes a collection tube guarantees proper collection of the harvested bone core when used with the Coring Reamer Plunger.
• The quick connect adapter fits Zimmer attachments for easy, quick connection to power equipment. Also has a Jacob’s Chuck connection.
• The Wrench provides an easy means of removing the Reamer from the adapter.

Eccentric Guide / Tunnel Notcher

• The eccentric guides are designed to complement an endoscopic ACL reconstruction technique by precisely positioning either a 2-pin passer or the tunnel notcher.
• The tunnel notcher removes a 1.5mm deep pathway of cancellous bone adjacent to the femoral tunnel. This vacant pathway will enhance guidewire placement and facilitate easier screw insertion.

Tunnel Dilator System

This fully modular system plays a key role during ACL and PCL surgeries, improving soft- tissue graft fixation within a femoral or tibial tunnel. By compacting cancellous bone within the femoral and tibial tunnels, the result is a higher pullout strength for soft-tissue grafts when used in conjunction with interference screws.

• Dilators: Tapered ends allow for easy insertion and removal of the dilators from the femoral or tibial tunnel. Full radius depth marks from 10mm to 40mm in 5mm increments.
• T-Handle: Ergonomic styling allows for an easy grip and maneuverability. Built in locking quick connector, allows for easy intraoperative changing as well as minimizing the potential for the units to separate during use. Fully cannulated to 2.45mm diameter.
• Slaphammer: Ensures that the forces delivered to the dilator will be applied inline with the guide pin, thereby eliminating divergence during dilation. Fully cannulated to allow the assembly to be placed over guide pins up to 2.45mm diameter.
