GENESYS™ Matryx^® Interference Screws are members of the GENESYS™ family of products which incorporate microTCP™, a biocomposite material advancement. Using a patented micro filtration process ß-TCP particles are yielded to their smallest form. These proprietary microTCP particles are uniformly embedded throughout 96L/4D PLA bioabsorbable polymer delivering a more porous and stronger biocomposite material.

MATRYX^® Interference Screw

The Matryx^® Interference Screw is composed of Self-Reinforced 96L/4D PLA uniformly embedded with beta TriCalcium Phosphate (β-TCP). Pinn-ACL^® Crosspin System

This system is designed for transverse femoral fixation of soft tissue grafts in ACL reconstruction, allowing for increased pull out strength. The ConMed Linvatec Pinn -ACL® CrossPin System consists of a bioabsorbable Graft Harness implant and a Self-Reinforced CrossPin implant. The Graft Harness is composed of Poly L-Lactic Acid with a high strength polyethylene fiber loop, while the CrossPin implant is composed of Self-Reinforced PLLA.

• The Pinn-ACL CrossPin unique surgical technique offers the surgeon the ability to visualize the exact point of femoral fixation
• Supports and suspends the graft without tissue penetration
• CrossPin absorption begins in vivo approximately 15 to 24 weeks, similar to other SR-PLLA implants
• The Pinn-ACL CrossPin System instruments have an innovative design with a builtin 3-point precision reference system

EndoPearl^® Fixation Device

The EndoPearl^® Fixation Device is a proprietary device indicated for use in conjunction with the BioScrew Interference Screw to provide enhanced fixation of soft tissue grafts within the femoral socket during ACL reconstruction.

Made of Poly (L-Lactic Acid), the implant is gradually absorbed and eventually disappears. Simple method of preparing implant and graft construct. Increases graft pullout up to 50%.

SmartNail^®

The SmartNail implant is a bioabsorable bone fixation nail intended for use in the fixation of fracture fragments resulting from trauma or osteochondritis dissecans lesions. The Self-Reinforced manufacturing process preserves high initial mechanical strength and stiffness of the implants. In the presence of adequate immobilization, the SmartNail implant maintains accurate alignment of small bone fractures and apex fragments, osteochondral fragments, and cancellous non-loadbearing fragments after an arthroscopy or open surgery.

The XO Button^® is your implant of choice for extracortical, soft tissue fixation in cruciate reconstructions. Our continuous loop is tightly woven and pre-stretched to remove creep prior to implantation. Combined with a simplified surgical technique, the XO Button^® implant provides strength and security for all your ACL and PCL reconstructions.

Guardsman^® Interference Screw

• Specifically designed for endoscopic femoral fixation where graft protection is needed
• Polished,fully radiused threads provide maximum graft protection
• Non-glare head improves visualization and avoids postoperative soft tissue abrasion
• Double-helix threads for un-biased and rapid advancement
• Wide-bore cannulation for easy guidewire removal
• The Taper-Tip style offers sharper initiating threads and a more pronounced taper for faster, easier insertion

Propel^® Cannulated Interference Screw

Unique, double-helix thread provides unbiased, symmetrical starts, while limiting veering and divergence. Specially refined distal end reduces abrasion where it is most critical, offering unequalled protection. Aggressive-pitch thread enables screws to be inserted with half the turns of normal screws.

All Propel screws accept a standard 3.5mm hex driver for confident driving in difficult situations and simpler revisions. The Taper-Tip style offers sharper initiating threads and a more pronounced taper for faster, easier insertion.

Cannulated Interference Screws

Titanium Alloy Implant

Cannulated interference screws have a spiral tip design to limit screw divergence. These screws are available in three diameters and five lengths, are supplied sterile, and complete with guidewire.

Implant material is titanium alloy per ASTM F-136. Packaged sterile, single-use. U.S. Patent No. 4, 927,421.

• Screw and washer set provides continuous strength for soft tissue fixation to bone. Unique washer design on the inferior surface provides excellent fixation of soft tissue to bone
• Washers are available in 14mm, 17mm, and 20mm O.D., and 1.3mm and 2.5mm post heights.
• Low-profile screws available in 4.5mm cortical and 6.5mm cancellous styles and a full range of lengths. Screw heads are 3.5mm hex.
