Attach
Friction Fit Adaptor
- Carefully
twist or rock adaptor while pushing
it onto distal end of scope.

Insert
Trip Wire
- Insert
ball end of trip wire through biopsy
channel until it exits scope.
|

| STEP 3 |

Position
Inner Cylinder
- Position
inner cylinder onto trip wire with edge
closest to "O" ring facing
outward.

| STEP 4 |
 |
Secure
Trip Wire
- Snap
trip wire into first groove of inner
cylinder.
|
|
| STEP 5 |
 |
Line-Up
Trip Wire
- Slide
wire over to snap into the second groove,
then line wire up with biopsy channel.

| STEP 6 |
 |
Complete
Assembly
- Fit
the inner cylinder into the adapter.
The ligator is now ready to use.

Instructions for Product Use:

Identify
Target Hemorrhoid
- Introduce
scope and identify largest hemorrhoid.
Select point at least 7 mm above dentate
line.

| STEP 2 |
 |
Draw
Into Cylinder
- Make
360 degree contact and activate suction.
Draw lesion into cylinder and observe
red-out.
|
|
| STEP 3 |
 |
Ligate
Hemorrhoid
- Pull
trip wire and maintain suction for 2-4
seconds, then inspect site and repeat
as needed
|
