| As part of our corporate wide program to enhance our abilities to meet the growing needs of our customers and the markets we serve, we are moving our Endoscopic Technologies business unit into our world-wide Corporate Headquarters in Utica, NY.
Our facility in Utica already accomodates our EndoSurgery and Patient Care business units as well as Corporate needs. It's well established structure will allow for a seamless transition and by taking advantage of the synergies we can achieve with this investment, we are strengthening our GI/Pulmonary business and putting it in a position to succeed!
We expect this transition to be completed by the end of October.
Our US based field sales organization remains completely intact so customers can continue to contact them via normal channels.
