• Must be comfortable in conversations with others & relatable to various personalities. 
• Able to lead group meetings & does not have a problem with public speaking. 
• Must be enthusiastic & possess a positive outlook even in the face of adversity. 

Motivation: 

• Top 10 in his or her last sales ranking & comfortable with commission sales. 
• Steady progression from one position to the next with income growth proof. 

Integrity: 

• Consistently adheres to high moral principles and professional standards. 
• Candidate’s integrity is confirmed by a thorough reference check. 

Initiative: 

• Patience to endure a sell cycle longer than 3 months & understand methods of shortening that cycle. 
• Able to work independently from an office (home based) & a direct supervisor in another state. 
• Strong history of conversions. 

Communication Skills: 

• Experience in selling products as well as concepts. 
• Timeliness of reporting & relay of information must be impeccable. 
• Demonstrate knowledge of Microsoft Office software & related products. 

Intelligence: 

• BA or BS in a business or business related field (required). 
• Experience in selling via demonstration & training of products as well as concepts. 
• Able to upgrade customers to products that have more features. 
• Able to work independently from an office & a direct supervisor. 
• Should understand math concepts & thus know how to maximize a commission plan to its potential.
